Amberlo Update Improves Sorting Of Search Results, Adds Grouping And Analytics
In the latest release, we have improved sorting, added grouping, and totals for the search results. Grouping and totals for numeric values will allow a more effective analysis of your data including invoiced and due amounts per client, overdue amounts per client, hours registered per employee, client, and matter.
Improved invoice search you can see in the image below.
(1) Sorting – we have added additional sort fields to all lists and introduced the possibility to sort in ascending and descending order.
(2) Grouping – we have introduced grouping which allows grouping your search results by different fields like statuses, dates, names, and other fields.
(3) Totals – we have added totals to the lists so that you could see worked time registered for different matters and clients, invoice amounts, payments due, and other statistics.
Sorting – you can now sort clients by name, surname, type, last viewed, and created date in ascending and descending order.
Sorting – you can now sort matters by name, matter ID, owner, created and modified date in ascending and descending order.
Invoices & Estimates
Sorting – you can now sort invoices and estimates by invoice date, invoice number, the amount due, total with VAT, created and modified date in ascending and descending order.
Grouping – you can now group invoices and estimates by status, client, matter, and invoice creator fields.
Totals – you can now see the total net amount, gross amount, paid amount, and amount due for each group in the invoice list and for the complete list as well.
Sorting – you can now sort tasks by the due date, summary, create, and modified date in ascending and descending order.
Grouping – you can now group tasks by status, type, assignee, due date, related contacts, related matters, and created by fields.
Timesheets & Expenses
Sorting – you can now sort timesheets and expenses by date, name, create date, modified date, a logged time, payable time, and amount in ascending and descending order.
Grouping – you can now group timesheets and expenses by owner, type, invoice status, client and matter fields
Totals – you can now see the total logged time, payable time, and amount fields for each group in the timesheets list and for the complete list as well.
Sorting – you can now sort contracts by contract name, contract ID, contract date, start date, end date, created and modified date.
