Yes! Feel free to test Amberlo for 7 days and decide how you want to use it. You will spend only few minutes for registration and experience fully functioning software without any restrictions. Moreover, we are just a message away and we would love to hear from you.
If you decide to upgrade to Grow, Premium or Elite pricing plan, you will only need to provide payment details. That’s all.
Do you offer special conditions for non-profit organizations, legal startups, and new law firms?

What Amberlo user gets?
Each Amberlo user gets access to all system features including case & contact management, tasks & calendar, time & expenses tracking, legal billing, documents & contract management. Moreover, Premium and Elite packages have unlimited space for document storage, data level access permissions, email management, document automation, trust accounting, and more.
Can I add new users or delete existing users at any time?
You can add new or delete existing users at any time. If you will reach the limit of your ordered seats, you will need to buy additional seats.
If you will delete existing users and reduce the number of seats, we will reduce your next invoice accordingly.
Is Amberlo secure?
Amberlo is ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27017 certified, which is a proof that we take security seriously. Amberlo uses SSL for encrypting all network traffic. Sensible data and documents are stored encrypted and are not accessible by our own personnel. Amberlo is hosted on secure servers at Amazon (AWS) data center which is one of the world wide leaders. Our system architecture prevents data loss and ensures 24/7 availability. System security is also ensured by regular security audits.
How often is Amberlo updated?
We are constantly improving our product to make it best software for lawyers.
We release new features every three weeks without disturbing daily work of our clients.
How do you handle payments?
Amberlo has integrated payment management which incorporates secure electronic payment gateway provided by Braintree (a Paypal company).
Currently you can pay for our service using Paypal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards. For bigger quantities we provide the possibility to pay by wire transfer.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are no refunds for the current term (monthly or yearly).
